Can I amend my order?

Yes, please call our customer service: 0203 917 4909 as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. Alternatively, please send an email to hello@dilling.com and we will reply as soon as possible. However, if the order has been packed and invoiced, it will not be possible to change the order.

Can I add an item to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add extra items to an order after purchase. When placing your order, you approve a certain amount, which we cannot exceed for security reasons. Instead, you can make two orders. When placing order number two, please write a message to us during the purchasing process in the box marked 'comments'. Then we will remove any shipping charges for the second order.

Yes, if your order has not yet been packed at our warehouse. Please contact customer service.

Should my order have a minimum order value to obtain free shipping?

For orders above £49, the products are delivered free of charge to UK addresses. For orders under £49, delivery cost is £3.99 to UK addresse.

Please check your Spam filter or your advertising inbox.

If you do not find your order confirmation you may have written an incorrect email address. If in doubt please contact our customer service.

What do I do if part of my order is missing?

Please check that the missing item is not between 2 other products. Otherwise, please contact customer service and they will resolve this for you.

Can I pre-order items that are not in stock

Accepted Answer

No, you cannot pre-order products, you will have to wait until the item is back in stock.

The estimated time frame for when an out of stock item will return is listed next to the size that is out of stock on each product.

This will be visible when a new production of the product has started.

When will the item be in stock again

Accepted Answer

A new production of the sold-out product will be initiated as soon as possible and at the same time an expected timeframe will be given for when the goods are back in stock. The time frame is stated per size on the product page.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. Please register your return online at https://uk.dilling.com/return.

Don’t lose your discount when returning an order If you return a product purchased with a discount, we will offer you the same discount on your next purchase of the same product in a different size or colour.

To do this, please:

Write a comment to Customer Service when you reach the “Confirm” step during your new purchase.

Include the text “Exchange” and add the order number of the original purchase where the discount was applied.

Our Customer Service team will ensure that the discount is deducted from your new order.
