I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to "I forgot my password" where you can reset your password. You will receive an email with a link to where you can create your new password. There will be instructions throughout the process.

I cannot log in?

Important: If you have signed up for the newsletter, you do not automatically have a login. It is two separate things.

If this is the first time you have made a purchase, you can either choose 'Continue as guest' (your data will not be saved, and you must enter name, address, etc. again next time you want to order) or 'Login'.

With 'Login', customers with an account can login in with their existing account details or you can then click 'create login' if you do not have an account. If you are creating a new account, enter your name, address etc., and you will get a login that you can use the next time you need to buy from DILLING.

When pressing Login after creating your account, it is important to check that you have entered the correct 'email address' and 'password'.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click 'I forgot my password' and you will receive an email which will help you with creating a new password.
