Donate your DILLING products to Barnardo’s
If you no longer use your wool blouse or your child has outgrown its bodysuit, it’s time to give your garments a new home. That’s why DILLING and Barnardo’s have started a collaboration. By donating your used clothes from DILLING to one of Barnardo’s local stores, you support their work with people in need across the UK.
For more than 150 years, Barnardo’s has brought care, support and love to some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK.
At DILLING, we produce wool clothing for the entire family, free from harmful chemicals and produced under good conditions. Therefore, children’s wellbeing and their right to a bright future is close to our heart. When you donate your pre-loved DILLING clothes, you support the important work of Barnardo’s and help keep another child or family warm.
Barnardo’s has around 600 charity shops across the UK with around 15,000 passionate volunteers working for a common goal, supporting children in vulnerable positions, and making sure that their voices are being heard in political matters.
What can you donate to Barnardo’s charity shops?
Anything in good condition. You can donate your DILLING items and thereby give them a longer life. The clothes should be in a condition where someone else can enjoy them. The products may be repaired, upcycled, or have minor flaws. A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself whether you would buy the items you are about to donate in the current condition they are in.
