Merino wool/alpaca70% organic merino wool and 30% undyed alpaca wool. The perfect combination of warmth, comfort, and sophistication. The alpaca wool has many of the same natural qualities that you know and love from our organic merino wool. This luxurious fibre composition of soft, natural materials means you get a naturally thermoregulating and breathable product for all-season comfort.Our alpaca wool is sourced from the Peruvian highlands in South America. Here, the alpacas roam a rugged terrain in changing and often extreme weather conditions. Thus, their wool fibres are hollow, making them highly durable and naturally insulating. Additionally, the alpaca wool fibres do not contain any lanolin, which means they are naturally hypoallergenic. The alpaca wool fibres are natural and undyed, which adds a beautiful melange structure to the smooth surface. Because these are undyed wool fibres, the natural colour may vary from one lot to another.

Wash with careDILLING’s wool is unique. Our wool is produced without chlorine and plastic (Superwash).To keep the wonderful, natural properties of the merino wool fibres intact, machine wash your wool clothing on a wool setting at 30°C (a low spin cycle of 800 is preferred) or hand wash in lukewarm water. Remember to always use wool detergent.If you handwash your wool, do not leave the wool clothing to soak as this will damage the wool fibres. Rinse in clean water. Do not wring. Instead, gently press the water out. Hang or lay your wool clothing to dry on a drying rack.

How to store your woolTo protect your woollen clothing from moths, wash them at the end of the season. When they are completely dry, store them in an airtight bag or box.&nbsp;
