Organic cottonOur cotton clothing and underwear is made from handpicked, organic cotton. When cotton is picked by hand, you do not harvest the stalks (like you would with mechanically harvested cotton). Instead, you only pick the tip of the cotton plant. As a result, the final product is much finer in quality with long, durable, and soft fibres.Our long-stem, organic cotton is grown without the use of pesticides or insect poisons, which results in an eco-friendly product of the highest quality. Most of our cotton products hold the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and are dyed at our dyehouse in Denmark without the use of harmful chemicals and heavy metals. At the dyehouse, the products undergo a gentle, 10-hour eco- and allergy-friendly enzyme treatment that helps the products maintain their original shape and colour – even after repeated washes, if washing instructions are followed. This means, you get an extraordinarily pure product that you and your family can feel good about wearing right next to your skin.

Wash with careDILLING’s cotton can withstand regular and frequent washing at most temperatures. We do, however, recommend washing at lower temperatures to save energy. For most of our cotton products, we guarantee the product will maintain its original shape and colour at upwards to 60°C. Some products, however, cannot exceed washing at 40°C. Please read the care instructions on your garment for specified instructions.Our cotton products can also be ironed and tumble dried. When tumble dried, however, the cotton may shrink more than the usual 5%, but it will not be damaged.High-quality cotton products, like ours, will hold up much longer before showing signs of wear and tear – even after extensive wear and washing.

Organic cotton care instruction

This classic long sleeve top is made from 100% organic cotton. It is cut in a comfortable, regular fit with a little more width than our average long sleeve tops. The long-stem cotton used to make this tee is of the highest quality – and very durable, so it can withstand regular and frequent washing and – if washing instructions are followed – it will hold up longer before showing signs of wear and tear. While it’s certainly comfortable enough for a day spent relaxing at home, it works just as well with chinos for the office.
