Knit your own Christmas stocking using yarn made from 100% organic, mulesing-free merino wool. The yarn is naturally soft and gives the Christmas stocking a beautiful, classic look. The Christmas stocking is knitted in the round from the cuff to the toe in stocking stitch and a jacquard pattern, while the heel is shaped using short rows. At the top, the edge is folded over to the inside and sewn in place, and the stocking is finished with a knitted loop so it can easily be hung up. The pattern includes three different designs – Christmas tree, star and heart – each consisting of a patterned border at the top of the cuff and a smaller, repeating pattern across the rest of the stocking. You can follow one design or mix and match the patterns to give your Christmas stocking your own personal touch. The finished Christmas stocking makes a lovely addition to your Christmas decorations and can be used year after year.
