Sometimes, wool can be hard to deal with, but with our simple directions, it is actually not too difficult.
You can wash your woolen underwear either by hand or in the washing machine – Just follow these directions:
When hand washing: make sure the water is no warmer than 30 degrees and always use wool detergent. Furthermore, it is important that the wool is not left to soak.
When machine washing: set the washing machine to the wool setting at 30 degrees and always use wool detergent. Never use bleaches or softeners. Do not let your woolen underwear sit in the machine after wash.
When your woolen underwear needs to be dried, it is important that you don’t wring it to get the water out. Before hanging it up to dry, you might want to first pull gently on the clothing to prevent shrinkage – pay attention to the seams, however, so they are not stressed. After this, you can either place your woolen underwear on a drying rack or hang it up. Never put it into the tumble dryer.
