When an order comes into our shop, the order is shipped within 1-2 business days. The normal delivery time to addresses in UK is 2 business days after shipping from our warehouse. All merchandise is sent via DPD. All merchandise is delivered while stock lasts. Merchandise is only shown on uk.dilling.com if in stock. We are not bound by typographical errors, errors in stock management, and price changes.
The purchase amount is only charged to your card when the merchandise is sent from DILLING warehouse.
Free returns for 100 days
You have complete right of return. In the unlikely case that you want to cancel your purchase, any article can be returned within 100 days from receipt of the merchandise. If you want to cancel your purchase, you must return the article in substantially the same condition as you received it. It is okay to try on a piece of clothing to see if it fits, but don’t actually start using it. The article must not be laundered. Try on underwear on top of other clothing.
We pay return shipping for merchandise that is returned. Please enclose information about the reason for return.

- If you have ordered several products and only want to return individual items, we obviously return the money for the items you send back, as long as the return slip is filled out.

You may also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the merchandise. If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, get back the amount you have paid us. Note! We do not accept packages C.O.D.
Whether you need to exchange or return merchandise, return it to us at the above address (please use the attached return label, so you will not be charged), and get your money refunded. We expedite the shipment, and you can expect us to initiate the refund within 8-10 business days of receipt. Therefore, you can immediately order what you want instead and receive it faster than with a traditional exchange. You can also wait until we have refunded the amount.

You can always ask to be removed from our mailing lists – or to be removed from our databases altogether. In that case, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Personal information will be stored until we receive instructions to do otherwise.

We use web statistics at uk.dilling.com, which means that a statistics system gathers information, which can provide a statistical picture of the number of visitors we have, where they come from, and where they left the website, etc.
Web statistics are used for the sole purpose of optimizing uk.dilling.com.
At uk.dilling.com, all merchandise is checked before shipping. If a handling error should occur after all, we refer to the procedure described above under ”Right of return”. When you shop at uk.dilling.com, you have a 24-month right of complaint. In other words, you can have the merchandise repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discounted price – depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint in question is legitimate, and that the fault/defect did not occur as a result of incorrect use of the product or other destructive actions. Returned merchandise with complaint is repaired or replaced with a new delivery within a week of receipt. If a replacement item is not available, the paid amount will be refunded within a week. Complaints must be lodged within a “reasonable time” after the fault/defect in the merchandise is discovered. If complaints are submitted within two months after discovery of the fault/defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is warranted, we will, of course, refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. In connection with the return, please tell us in as much detail as possible what the problem is. Feel free to use the attached return slip. We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. or the like. Merchandise must always be returned safely packaged. We also recommend that you receive a receipt for shipping, so you can have your shipping costs refunded.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your purchase (right of cancellation)
You have a 100-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The right of cancellation expires 100 days after the day you:
- receive your merchandise
- gain physical possession of the last piece of merchandise in case of an agreement about several pieces of merchandise being ordered in one order, but delivered individually
- gain physical possession of the last part or last piece, in case of an agreement to deliver a piece of merchandise that consists of several shipments or parts
You must notify us within 100 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be submitted by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: 0203 917 4909. In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
You cannot cancel just by refusing receipt of the merchandise without clearly notifying us about it as well.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no more than 100 days after you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for any direct expenses associated with returning the merchandise.
When returning, you are responsible for the merchandise being packaged safely.
You are responsible for the merchandise from the moment it is delivered.
Because of its nature, certain merchandise cannot be returned by regular mail. This is not the case for underwear, however.

Condition of the merchandise being returned
You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the merchandise if it is due to handling in excess of what would be needed to establish the type, properties, and function of the merchandise. In other words – you can try on the merchandise the same way as if trying it on in a physical store.
If the merchandise has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel your purchase, you only get a part of or none of the purchase price back, depending on the market value of the merchandise.
Thus, in order to get the entire purchase amount back, you may only do what you can do in a physical store. You can try the merchandise, but you cannot start to actually use it.
If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, get back the amount you have paid us. In case of a reduction in value, for which you are responsible, this is subtracted from the purchase amount.
If you avail yourself of your right of cancellation, we refund all payments received by you, including shipping (although not extra expenses due to your own choice of an alternative delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery, which we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 100 days from the day when we received notification about your decision to cancel this agreement. We handle such a refund via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We can withhold your refund until we have received the returned merchandise, unless you have previously provided documentation for having returned it.
